A woman named Tiffanique Webb has filed legal action against Tyrese for “property damage” in the Superior Court of California. According to the docs, the “Excessive alterations to property rented” and the damages being in “excess of the social security deposit by the tenants to Air BnB agent” had resulted in the owner suffering “loss of use of property,” “property damage,” and “loss of capacity of earning.” In the filing, she is demanding that Tyrese pay her a compensation of at least $25,000 to correct the errors he made while in her rental property.
