Future & Metro Boomin’s “We Don’t Trust You” sets Spotify record

On Friday, Future and Metro Boomin’s highly anticipated joint album “We Don’t Trust You.” 17 songs were included, as well as huge features from Kendrick Lamar, Rick Ross, Travis Scott, Playboi Carti, and more. Friday also saw Future and Metro put out the visuals for “Type S***” which featured Travis Scott and Playboi Carti on the record. Moreover, “Like That” has also since become another major trending song from the album, due to Kendrick Lamar subliminally dissing Drake and J. Cole.

Meanwhile, Future and Metro are already shattering streaming records with We Don’t Trust You. It reportedly accumulated 58.9 million streams in its opening day on Spotify. Furthermore, it’s also the biggest streaming day on Spotify overall, for 2024.

In addition to this impressive streaming record by Future and Metro, their We Don’t Trust You album is also expected to debut at number one in the US next week, on the Billboard 200 chart. 190,000-220,000 units are expected to be moved in its first week.

On April 12, Future and Metro Boomin will also have another joint album on the way. The title of this project will be revealed at a later date.
