Drake’s highly-anticipated sixth studio album, Certified Lover Boy, was scheduled to be released in January but he just announced the delay.

“I was planning to release my album this month but between surgery and rehab my energy has been dedicated to recovery,” the Toronto rapper wrote. “I’m blessed to be back on my feet, feeling great, and focused on the album, but CLB won’t be dropping in January.”

Drizzy added, “I’m looking forward to sharing it with you all in 2021.”

Drake is currently recovering from a leg injury that he didn’t disclose much information about. But he did post a picture wearing a leg brace and fans speculated that he did knee surgery to fix his ACL.

The forthcoming musical effort will feature his critically-acclaimed “Laugh Now, Cry Later” collaboration with Lil Durk and is expected to be shorter than 2018’s Scorpion.

“So, last album, I went high volume. It did two sides, 20-something songs, which is a lot of songs. This album, I’ll probably make it a more real..

Words by: Miss Wright

Today is the day that the United States will transition the presidency from Donald Trump to Joseph Biden, now the 46th president. This inauguration is more significant than usual for one reason and her name is Kamala Harris.

Today, Kamala Harris was sworn into office as the country’s Vice President and it represents a lot of firsts for the United States. Kamala is now the first African-American, first female, and first Asian-American to fulfill this role for the U.S.

The Oakland, California native is the child of two immigrant parents- her mother came here from India and her dad, from Jamaica. Despite some of the struggles endured by first-generation American families, Kamala worked hard to further her education to make a difference for herself and her family.

She achieved her undergraduate degree from Howard University, one of the country’s most notable historically Black colleges. During her time there, she became a member of the first African-American soror..

As Trump leaves office, so does the indifference to the COVID-19 pandemic faced by the entire nation and President Biden makes a vow to change the government’s response on his first day as POTUS.

As a part of the first wave of executive actions by Biden, all federal employees will be required to wear masks and make face coverings mandatory on federal property. Additionally and probably most importantly, the President will establish a new White House office to coordinate the coronavirus response and immediately stop the withdrawal of the United States from the World Health Organization, a process initially facilitated by former President Donald Trump.

Biden’s Secretary of State nominee Antony Blinken confirmed that the United States would be joining the COVAX alliance, a union of more than 190 countries spearheaded by the WHO that will ensure that poor countries receive fair access to the COVID-19 vaccine.

Many critics believe that Trump’s lack of proper response to the virus has re..

Not everyone's path to success looks the same, and often, artists ditch formal education in pursuit of their careers. In the early days of Dipset, Juelz Santana dropped out of high school, and instead of encouraging or forcing him to return, Jim Jones claims he and Cam'Ron enforced a different education environment for the rising rapper.
